place one hand on you chest,
and one hand on your stomach,
focus on your hands, how do they move?
NOW
Breathe from your belly,
in through your nose for 3 counts,
feel your stomach rise,
Breathe out through your nose for 4 counts,
feel your stomach fall
BREATHE WELL OFTEN
try breathing well throughout your day, in the car, as you walk into work or start your next work meeting, before you answer your next text message, take a minute to breath well when the kids are driving you nuts, or before you rip into them : )
At night make it a habit to breathe well before you go to sleep, forget the hurdles of the day and Breathe!
