Just incase your dipped out on acquiring the best spot in the house to 'work from home". Here are some ideas/tips to keep your body happy while working in less than favourable situations.

MOVE being the top tip, change where your seated regularly,

CORRECT/ADJUST- your posture often

BREAK - often, have a cuppa, run about outside with kids, brisk walk around the block, plenty of well timed breaks will increase productivity
